Telling the future in frills
Venus sign forcast

This is a bit tongue-in-cheek, but I'll do my best. (Through Dec. 25th)

Venus in Aries:
You have a tendency to seek inspirational and original types. With the holidays becoming more and more apparent, you may find yourself greatly involved in the festivities and make new friends, and although it's not always your style, do try to reconnect with old friends, even if it means sending out a surprise holiday greeting in the mail =D

Venus in Taurus:
Venus may not rule monetary aspects, but it seems to be tied up lately as the holidays get more and more festive. You may have already invested in tasteful gifts to your loved ones, but remember that it's the thought that counts. Your buddy Venus in Cancer does take some thought into what their loved ones are fond of rather than finding whatever catches your eye. Learn from example. Also, if you haven't had the time to buy presents, I'm sure your loved ones would appreciate your beautifully hand crafted gifts. ♥

Venus in Gemini:
Like Aries, you'll probably find yourself in many parties and get together's, and sometimes it'll be hard to say no! As long as you're done with work, it's alright to enjoy yourself. Like Aries, try to form close bonds with the ones you have. Sometimes you have to remind yourself that quality is often better than quantity. ☺

Venus in Cancer:
You've probably bought presents way back in July or something like that, and I must admit that you're good at finding heart-felt gifts for your family and friends, even if they don't cost a lot. Just remember to treat yourself well! I know that they're pretty, but maybe you could sample those spa gift sets that you've gotten last year. I know that you're a believer in conservation, but consider that leaving that lovely set alone as a waste of space and (your friends') money (I know this: My sun sign in cancer. My mom's venus is in Cancer, and she still has her foot loofahs and soaps!).

Venus in Leo:
Some of you may be feeling a little down even though the holidays are getting so damn cheery. Whether it's because you haven't found the "right gift" for your friends or if you aren't able to join the festivities, it'll be alright. If you can't get into the best parties you could always host your own! Other than that, just politely ask if you could join in, especially if there are many people you know going! They won't forget you if you remind them. I know someone whose venus enters Leo and he used to give me extravagant gifts when he didn't have to. You don't have to either! What really matters is that your friends and family will always appreciate you for who you are. d^-^b

Venus in Virgo:
(lol. I'm giving myself some advice) Well, it's that time of the year again, and sometimes you might feel like you're obliged to give gifts twice a year, and you might feel inclined to get better gifts to your loved ones than the gifts of last year. Relllaaax....learn from Cancer and look into gifts that match up the interests of your loved ones; it doesn't have to be expensive or "perfect", and your loved ones will appreciate your intentions. Other than that, shop in the way you've always done: make a check list and set up a budget. *-*

Venus in Libra:
You may be still deciding whether you should get that lovely expresso machine or a fine bottle of wine for that special one. Although the economy might turn away your desire to buy both, do try to consider alternatives (gift cards ftw xDD) if it's really bothering you (no unpleasantness here). You're famous for finding beautiful items, and in spite of being an air sign, how about combining intellect with intuition?
If you still have trouble deciding whether which one could be more useful, remember that your loved ones also have birthdays. One more thing: during the Thanksgiving season (even if you don't celebrate it), you may have allowed yourself to indulge a bit. This season, you might want to trim down on the sweets, even if you've been given many as gifts. 8D...

Venus in Scorpio:
You may have a wad of cash with you right now or you could also be burning a hole in that wallet (or at least tempted to). I'm sorry for repeating myself here. Although there is a cost for everything, you don't need to spend extravagantly to please your loved ones! Oh and what would be even more fun? Discreetly send them your gifts (or hide them around the house in places where they can be found). It'll be a cute and creative, and make opening presents more exciting. ;3

Venus in Sagittarius:
Possibilities of romance will be everywhere and you may feel a little tempted to put a mistletoe under every doorway. I personally don't think that's necessary because all you have to do is let love come to you! You may also be drawn to many get-togethers this holiday season. ♥♥♥

Venus in Capricorn:
Ah...now that you've worked many long and grueling hours to get money to buy gifts for friends and loved ones, be sure to treat yourself once in a while. There may be some changes in family traditions, but don't worry, they're not great changes; they may be just some small adjustments to accommodate the current economy. :\

Venus in Aquarius:
You may be inclined to buy unusual gifts to shower your loved ones with, but take advantage of the pre-Christmas sale. Video games and DVDs actually go on sale before Christmas, not after. You are also inclined to the future (is there a party coming up?), but do take care of personal present situations. :|

Venus in Pisces:
The holidays maybe giving you the jitters! Isn't how funny how sometimes the best time of the year happens to be one of the last? Calm down.. take a nice hot bath and listen to your favorite tunes for a while, and later, drink some hot cocoa and watch the snow fall (unless it doesn't snow where you live, go ahead and do some day dreaming). You've been quiet all year. Brace yourself for some Leonine attention from friends and family.

This is really nice. I'm a Ven in Gemini so this was a bit on point but a good try nonetheless! I really like the "quality over quanity" statement, it's very true for me. I'm really proud of you that you did this! Maybe we'll hear more from you in the future about other stuff?

Thanks .I'll do my best. I think I'll try to do a moon reading for new years (something on the emotions). I re-read the venus in libra part several times and I think that might have been better off for a moon in libra person like myself because I've gotten tons of sweets and ended up eating most of them x_x

Well Venus and Moon are fairly related planets in astrology because one is emotions and the other is love and want, which affects emotions (not to mention love is an emotion in itself). Moon covers emotions overall but Venus is one of the compartments of it as it covers one section of emotions and what affects them.

In other words, your moon in libra reading could go for venus in libra if you're looking at it from something small, such as your sweet-tooth's perspective because it's something that you like and prefer but also makes you feel good. It goes a lot deeper than that but that's a good overview.

Venus in Libra, especially since it's a zodiac in its home planet, may prefer beautiful asthetics and things that are appealing, especially in these dreary times. Christmas is usually considered a pretty holiday because of all the lights, sounds and decorations. That can appeal to a Venus in Libra. Placing Libra in moon, the mix of beauty with intellect is in control of the emotions as a whole, not just for want or love. They may not always want pretty things but they do feel better when stuff is appealing.

Hmm...then again, things weren't going very well for me (mostly unpleasantness from family members) and I guess that in feeling melancholy during the holidays, I ended up eating poorly and indulging in sweets...come to think of it, maybe it's just my sun sign, Cancer, calling. I need to take better care of my stomach.

I have been looking through and saving tons of pretty photos lately (mostly Garrett Hedlund and pretty dresses, surprisingly, not at many lolita items), and they do make me feel a little better.
